Consultation

It is our policy to have a brief phone conversation with all potential clients, so we can get a sense of whether it is a good match. It is also an opportunity for us to decide whether or not we will be able to help you with your current concerns.

Communication

We know how scary it may be to
call a therapist then wait for them to call you back. We promise not to leave you waiting and will return your call as quickly as possible, but no later than 24 business hours.

Rates

Our rates are comparable with other therapists in Alaska. Please call to discuss rates.

Insurance

Trinity Counseling is currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and various third party partners of Aetna (MODA, First Health, Meritain). We will also bill out of network and can provide a “super bill,” which can be used to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.

Cancellation Policy

Trinity Counseling values your time and asks in return that you value ours. This also establishes healthy boundaries in our relationship which will help our work together. Our policy is standard in private practice, which states cancellations are expected 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session or a cancellation fee of $175. will be charged to your account. This policy also applies to “no shows.”

Payment

We have the ability to set up autopay for Credit Card payments. We can also accept Cash payment at the time of service.

Trinity Counseling uses a client portal that can be found under the “contact” section of this website. You will be sent a link that includes electronic intake forms. Please fill out the electronic intake forms prior to your first appointment.
